Pet Peeves...
1. Children with messy hair.
2. Girls with over the top BOWS, trust me, ALL three of my girls wore BOWS, but NOT so big that they caused them to have a lazy eye.
3. Over Indulgent parents who throw $20.00 bills at their kids like it is free. My 11 year old almost thinks it is a right to go to lunch with her BFF's everyday! NOT!
4. Teens that drive better cars than me..brats!
5. people that tell me to recycle, I mean I do, but if I don't want to, I don't have to.
6. people that comment negatively almost daily on people's blogs.. don't read it if you don't like it.
7. people that hate on the Kardashians..c'mon, it is comical.
8. children that cannot carry on a conversation with an adult.
9. pointy shaped finger nails with embellishments.
10. tax free weekend and 3 registers opened.
Other than that, I am Happy!!

the latest...
well.. it only took me ONE FULL year to figure that I had the damn thing on PRIVATE SETTING!! LOL!! I have been following y'all trust me!
My oldest daughter MacKenzie is graduating May 28th and I couldn't be more proud of this young lady. She will receive an IB Diploma and practically got a FULL RIDE to Wofford College.
Mallory, my middle girly received Middle school scholar one of 100 in the District!!
Emerson, the baby girl.. she is scoring goals on the soccer field and swinging that racquet.. she is a consistent A/B..some C student and she is clearly happy with that.
I have been in FULL re-Financing MODE!! the bond market tanked which is great for Loan officers. Rates ARE GREAT! if you need to re-fi or purchase give me a shout out bcleary@homeownersmtg.com we do loans in SC, NC, Georgia, Texas, Florida Tennessee and10 other states.
I love seeing all the weddings, baby births, and milestones of everyone's children!!
